Study in China. The Scholarship of San Qin for International Student is proudly offered by the Shaanxi Normal University for everyone who wants to pursue all level degrees. These scholarships are offered to undergraduate, master and PhD program for international students from around the world.

The Shaanxi Normal University is one of the prestigious university in China which has been supported by worldwide recognized teacher. This university is directly organized and administered by the China’s ministry of education and currently it has 21 schools and departments with 65 of undergraduate programs; 159 master degree programs and specializations; 69 doctoral specializations; and 18 of post-doctoral programs.

Scholarship’s programme levels: The scholarship will be given to students who want to pursue undergraduate, master, PhD degree programe.

Scholarship’s study subjects: As the aim of this scholarship is to support financially non-Chinese students for any courses that are offered by the Shaanxi Normal University.

Scholarship’s grants: The scholarships are divided into three different classes according to the level degree. Category A will be given to PhD students with 25000 yaun/year/person, while the category B will be granted for every student with 20000 yaun/year. The last is the undergraduate degree program which is classified as category C with 15000 yaun/year/person.

Scholarship’s requirements:

1. Eligibility requirement: The applicants must follow the regulation of age for each program. The undergraduate, master and PhD applicants must have been below 20, 30 and 35 years of age respectively. And then the criteria of the applicants are (1) Applicants should be a non-Chinese citizen and hold a valid passport issued by a foreign country’s ministry (2) Candidates must be a registered degree program student who has already finished one academic year study in Shaanxi Normal University (3) Applicants must have a favorable performance at school without any record of violating any laws of China or regulations in school (4) Candidates should have a good performance on the exams and provide Chinese HSK certificate. The exam grades of the current academic year should at least be above the B level (5) Students who have already been granted any scholarships like the Chinese Government Scholarship should not apply for this scholarship.
2. Application requirement: Applicant must be a registered degree program student who has already finished one academic year study in Shaanxi Normal University.
3. English Language Requirements: Proof of English Proficiency, if applicable – students whose native languages not English will be required to submit one of the following as proof of English proficiency: (1) an internet-based TOEFL IBT score at least 89; (2) IELTS 6.5. All the English proficiency depends on higher level required by the University.
4. How to Apply: Firstly, submit the application form of the San Qin International Student Scholarship of Shaanxi Province. Then the copies of passport and current visa. Latest diploma or academic certificated acquired. Academic Transcripts in the current university. Original recommendation letters were written by two professors or associate professors for master and PhD degree candidates.

Scholarship’s deadline application: the application will be closed on 25 September every year. The candidates are encouraged to submit the required documents before that day to prevent unexpected situation.
