Study in China. The full scholarship of President’s Scholarships for studying at South Western University of Finance and Economics (SWUFE) intake 2018. The scholarships are offered for two types of scholarship, which are full scholarships partial scholarships. The aim of the scholarship is to provide full and partial financial aid to Non-Chinese students.

The South Western University of Finance and Economics (SWUFE) is one of the finest university specialized in finance, economics, and business degrees. As the scholarships are offered in International Program, English is essential. And the applicants are required to demonstrate their English proficiency either in IELTS or TOEFL with enough score.

Scholarship’s study subjects: This scholarship is granted for any subjects provided by the South Western University of Finance and Economics

Scholarship’s awards: The South Western University of Finance and Economics (SWUFE) provides full scholarships and partial scholarships. Full scholarships include tuition fee, accommodation on campus, living allowance, and international student comprehensive medical insurance. Details are as follows:

Tuition fee: Waived
Living allowance: RMB1200/ month for bachelor students, RMB1500/ month for master students, and RMB1800/ month for PhD students
Medical insurance fee: Waived
Partial scholarships only provide waived tuition fee

The selection criteria are based on academic merit. According to the situation of effective application, quota and type of scholarships are decided by the CIE each year.

Scholarship’s requirements:

Eligibility requirement: International students are eligible to apply for this scholarship. To be eligible to apply for this scholarship, candidates must meet the following requirements: (1) Applicants must be non-Chinese citizens with a valid passport, be in good health, abide by the laws and regulations of the Chinese government and local government, as well as the regulations of SWUFE; (2) Education background must be demonstrated for each degrees with previous certificates of study, high schools for bachelor, bachelor’s degree for master degree, and master degree for doctoral degree; (3) applicants must meet all requirements of the majors, including academic level, research ability, language level and others; (4) The maximum age of applicants is 30 years of age for a bachelor degree, 35 years of age for a master’s degree program, and 40 years of age for a PhD program; (5) Applicants are not sponsored by any other type of scholarship
English Language Requirements: Minimum Language Requirement are divided into two categories, for language of instruction in Chinese: HSK 4; language of instruction in English: IELTS 6.0 or TOEFL 80
How to Apply: The application is fulfilled through online, therefore applicants shall all submit their online applications on http://admission.swufe.edu.cn/member/login.do before 15 April 2018, and all the documents must be uploaded, and those are: (1) International Students Application Form of the President’s Scholarship of SWUFE; (2) One passport photo, not older than 6 months; (3) Highest educational degree or diploma certificate; (4) Highest educational transcript; (5) Copy of the first page of your passport; (6) Two recommendation letters; (7) Copy of a language certificate; (8) Medical Examination Report (not older than one year); (9) Other optional documents

Scholarship’s deadline application: the application will be closed on 15 April 2018. The candidates are encouraged to submit the required documents before that day to prevent unexpected situation.
