The University of Leeds is a public research university in the city of Leeds, England. The university was established in 1874 as the Yorkshire College of Science, and a decade later, it merged with the Leeds School of Medicine. After merging to several school including Victoria University, Owens College and University College Liverpool, in 1904 a royal charter was granted to the University of Leeds.
The University of Leeds is proud to offer International Excellence Scholarships to international students who are interested in studying master programmes in the School of Sociology and Social Policy.
Requirements
To be considered for the scholarship, you must:
- Hold a conditional or unconditional offer for a School of Sociology and Social Policy Taught Masters programme for 2020 entry.
- Demonstrate an excellent previous academic track record
- Demonstrate the potential to contribute to the academic and cultural life of the School of Sociology and Social Policy
- Be classed as “international” for fee purpose
Three partial-fee scholarships available to international masters with value of 7,000 pounds.
