80 per cent of human's body is consisted by water. It means, human needs water so badly so that our cell can operate efficiently. However, what is the function of water to our body?
Apparently, water is consumed not only for removing thirsty or maintaining our body's temperature but also has many effects. Instead, it helps the cell to perform a good metabolism since it has been becoming the transporter of nutrients, vitamins and minerals. Otherwise, water is used as a absorption method since the cell commences the process of eating throughout osmosis.
However, the needs of water for human body are only considered by many people in preventing dehydration. We believed dehydration can make our body feel uncomfortable and dried because it particularly attacks our throat and affects disease related to throat such as cough, bronchitis and many more. Interestingly, the hurt coming from feel uncomfortable in throat is one of the functions that we consume water. Nonetheless, it is about the lubricant for every joint in our body including the throat.
Every cell needs water as the raw material of metabolism. We could say that the life of cell depends on how much water it needs. And so the water helps cell to dissolve the mineral and nutrients so they are accessible to be absorbed by the cell. And since many of our organs are rich of water, those we called lungs, liver, brain, kidneys, skin and bone are depended on the amount of water we consume.
Therefore, instead of using water for grease we consume water for removing feeling thirsty. And it looks like becoming a lifestyle pattern. Drinking 8 glasses of water is important to us since we lost many fluids during the metabolism work and activities daily such as working, breathing, sweating and urinating. We knew that urinating is produced from the selective process of blood which moves towards and through kidney. The process demands the absorption of the blood because it carries the minerals we need.
However, it does not mean we have to drink the water at least 8 glasses in a day. During the process many adults and even the children are not able to fulfill the water intake daily. Consequently, they are more likely to forget the drinking habits for 8 glasses. Technically speaking, to replace the water intake you do not have to drink water at all. It can come from the foods or fruits we consume daily.
Overall, water is important to human body to perform cell's activities such as metabolism, regulation and removing the by waste products. The water intake daily must be consumed properly depending on the climate we live. Furthermore, water can be consumed not only from the water itself but also can be obtained from foods or fruits we eat.
