Partial sleep could reduce our feeling of depression |
Sleeping has been considering as one of the biological mechanisms conducted by living organism. For human itself, sleeping is conducted because of our body needs rest from daily activity. Sleep could make yourself healthier than usual, and also sleeping affects your fitness significantly. But, oversleeping might cause several fatigue problems including muscle problems, and sometimes it can be related to obesity. Not enough time of sleeping could also give greater impact on your blood vessels, indicating the increase risk of anemia and heart failure. However, recent study suggested that cutting down of your sleeping time might reduce your depression time. What?
The study conducted in meta-analysis method involving scientific report that had conducted in the last 36 years in field of sleep and depression. The study showed that sleep deprivation could become effective way in killing your depression in many populations. Although some people may have not believed as sleeping is not the best way, sometimes they felt that part-time sleeping could refresh our mind.
Unfortunately, even though sleeping has been considered as one of the method in reducing our stress, many people still use lots of drug particularly antidepressant pill in reducing their stress. Well, it cannot be avoided that sometimes people want to make themselves feeling calm, but it does not mean to consume antidepressant pill. It is because if we depend on the pills, then in the future this pills will not affect us anymore as our body has been experienced it. As a result, high dose of antidepressant pill will be consumed in high numbers.
Therefore, partial sleep deprivation which is the act of sleeping for duration time of two to four hours is the best way to reduce your stress.
