The first thing we should have understood is when doing physical activity is the motivation that keeps us to maintain the body for performing exercise. Many people believe that doing some sports could give positive effects on the mood and it can refresh our mind from anxiety. Well, the answer probably lies on the way of we try to keep the schedule. Although, there are many studies reported that the physical activities could release your stress, depression and feeling of anxiety. But more importantly, this research could become the best method for society in educating their children, particularly those who get trouble in teaching about patience.
