Scholarship’s requirements:

1. Eligibility requirement: The candidate must have finished the master degrees in engineering or a similar degree with an academic level equivalent to the master’s degree in engineering. A solid background communication technology, protocols, network architecture, performance optimization and similar is important. All nationalities are eligible to apply.
2. u: The candidate for the scholarship must submit one of the following English exams including TOEFL iBT overall score 80; TOEFL ITP overall score 567; IELTS Academic score of 6.5.
