Master Scholarships at the University of Lausanne, Switzerland, intake 2017/2018 for International Students

Study in Switzerland. The scholarships are offered to foreign students at the University of Lausanne in Switzerland for master degree programmes. These scholarships are available for candidates who graduated from foreign university and to whom who have very good of academic results.

The University of Lausanne is one of the most prestigious universities in Switzerland and it has been ranking in the 100 worldwide. For studying here, students must demonstrate the requirements properly including the Academic merits and English proficiency.

Scholarship’s programme levels: The scholarship invites student who wants to pursue master degree programme at the University of Lausanne, Switzerland.

Scholarship’s study subjects: As the aim of this scholarship is to support students in pursuing master degree programmes at the University of Lausanne, then the scholarship will be given to certain master program in University of Lausanne (http://www.unil.ch/enseignement/page23109.html). However, it is available to apply the Master of the School of Medicine; Master science and education practices; Master in Law from the University of Zurich and Lausanne, Master of Law in Criminal justice, judiciary mention and All MAS.

Scholarship’s grants: The scholarship will cover 10 months of partial expenses every year and it amounts to CHF1,600 from 15 September to 15 July. This grants will be covering the complete duration of the master degree that will be applied by the candidates. However, this amount of the scholarships is not sufficient to live in the Switzerland.

Scholarship’s requirements:
  1. Eligibility requirement: Obtain a foreign university degree deemed equivalent to a Bachelor of University of Lausanne before the start of the master program at the UNIL. To have distinguished themselves during their studies, notably by particularly brilliant academic results. Not already registered at University of Lausanne. To have paid the administrative fee of CHF200 for the application.
  2. Application requirement: Applicant must have must send their completed application form, unbound and by post only. The completed application must follow the list of documents attached to your application file.
  3. Language Requirements: Have a minimum level of B2 according to the global scale of the European Language Portfolio in French or English depending on the language of instruction of the chosen master.
Scholarship’s deadline application: the application will be closed on 01 November 2017 to start a master’s degree in the next academic year, in the autumn or in the spring semester if the program allows. The candidates are encouraged to submit the required documents before that day to prevent unexpected situation.
